"I have had nothing but negative experiences here. For starters the customer service was not adequate, taking days to get a response or even just not getting one. When asking to remove some coverages from my policy, I was sent back a rude email basically implying that I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t know what I was asking to remove. The rates are also insane. Within 12 months I received 4 increases that were $30-$40 EACH, meaning within a year my policy has literally doubled. When asking what these increases were for all I got was “a statewide increase”…… the coverage I asked to have removed 6 months ago still has not been removed nor have I received any updates on this removal or the money being paid back to me for the 6 months I was paying for the coverage when I shouldn’t have been."

"Unfortunately while traveling cross country a semi truck lost a break drum in front of me while on a back road highway in no man’s land Texas. Traci helped me find lodging and arranged for a tow to the nearest repair shop over a hundred miles away. She went above and beyond to ensure me and my family were safe and taken care of. I’ve since moved my homeowner policy to State Farm as well. You can’t find a better agent to fulfill your insurance needs!! Thanks Traci you’re the best!!!!"

I need to transition a car's license plates to Maryland license plates and Traci Hall individually called MVA to obtain clarifying data for me on the transition."

"I switched to Traci Hall the end of 2023 and I must say that the customer service was definitely lacking. I reached out several times via phone and numerous emails with little to no response. Agenda items were not completed, and I requested the drive safe for my truck which was never sent. Overall, I would say poor customer service. After only two months, I switched to another state farm agent who is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I received the drive safe from the new agent in 2 days. Response to Traci's comment. I have all the texts/emails that I sent with no responses, therefore, her statement about extensive communication is false and I am offended that she stated such. I have screenshotted all of the messages with dates and times."
